Dream Team
My World Cup Dream Team:
Coach: Klinsmann because he preaches attacking football. It was refreshing to see a team so committed to attack. Kind of remind me of Manchester United.
Left Back: Lahm. Should be everyone's favourite left back. Quick and committed and armed with a great shot.
Right Back: Gary Neville. Ok, I'm biased but the captain of Manchester United deserves a place.
Centre backs: Cannavaro. Should have been the player of the tournament. Short but makes up for it with a great jump. His interceptions and tackles are also impeccable.
Ferdinand. Full of nonsense for Man Utd but superb for England. Even better than Terry. Haven't seen him half as committed in a Manchester United jersey.
Defensive Midfielder: Any of the Ghana midfielders. They just seem to be everywhere.
Right winger: Ribery. Great pace and skill. Low centre of gravity enables him to change direction quickly. Hardworking as well
Left winger: Park Ji Sung. I just love him. The Oxygen tank. He can run non stop and he never complains.
Attacking midfielder: Zidane. The magician. He had a bad final but he's still the greatest player in the last decade. It's a privilege to be able to watch him play. I would love to add Riquelme but there's only space for one playmaker.
Strikers: Ronaldo and Rooney. I'm going for a fat partnership here. Ronaldo is fat but he's still the greatest ever scorer in World Cup history. Rooney had a bad world cup but he's still every Man Utd fans' favourite.
